Beyonce, Kylie Minogue, Girls Aloud, Dannii Minogue, Sophie Ellis Bextor & Tom Jones; K. Knight has danced for all these great artists. Kwame has over 10 years experience in the entertainment industry.
Kwame is an internationally renowned professional choreographer working in FILM, TELEVISION, COMMERCIALS, MUSIC VIDEOS, ARTIST DEVELOPMENT, LIVE FASHION SHOWS, AWARD CEREMONIES, EVENTS STAGE/MOVEMENT DIRECTION.
Kwame is one of the most versatile choreographers around. He works in many areas of choreography and creative direction. Kwame is continually requested to work on various projects ranging from high impact product launches, exhibitions & fashion shows to sensual, constructive movement on music videos, television performance and commercials, as well as working alongside record companies on artist’s development. As a movement director, Kwame works with world famous brands on their fashion and trade shows. His credits include Emporio Armani, Matthew Williamson, MTV, Adidas, Sony & EMI Records, Ministry of Sound, Sony Music, & number 1 chart toppers Roll Deep plus many more.
Kwame attended the highly acclaimed Laban Dance Centre, where he trained in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance. After graduating, he pursued a career in the commercial world of dance. As a highly trained performer, he was able to adapt to any style of dance for many varying projects.
His talents were soon discovered and he began working for MTV. This led him to work with recording artists such as Beyonce, Kylie Minogue, Tom Jones, Jamelia, Girls Aloud, Sophie Ellis Bextor & the legendary soul diva Gloria Gaynor. His diversity also took him on the path of modeling for MasterCard, Nokia, Harley-Davidson & Adidas. His talent and versatility even saw Kwame featuring in the Hollywood epic Vanity Fair starring Reese Witherspoon, & Kabhi Kushi Kabhie Gham starring Amitabh Bachchan, the first Bollywood movie to feature European dancers.
